Quantitative Research:

Patrick Cheung

Patrick possesses more than 7 years of research experience.  Patrick had worked in the Census and Demographic Statistics Branch of the Census & Statistics Department and the Nielsen Company as Research Manager respectively.

 

At Nielsen, he has worked on various projects conducted on behalf of the HKSAR Government and related organizations. He is experienced in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, staff satisfaction surveys and various types of public opinion surveys.

 

TIm Jiang

Tim is a seasoned market researcher and consultant with extensive experience of applying both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to address business problems.

 

Prior to joining Nimbus Insight, Tim was Research Manager at Nielsen Hong Kong, in charging of multiple accounts in the Retailing industry and Public Enterprises section with research projects covering areas of brand equity, usage and attitude tracking, customer satisfaction, advertising effectiveness and ad hoc topics on public opinions.

 

 

Qualitative Research:

Vincent Ha

Vincent worked as Senior Qualitative Researcher in Nielsen and Ipsos (formerly Synovate). He served clients across different commercial sectors including FMCG, Retailing, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Information Technology and Public Enterprise.  Vincent also had oversea market research experience working as a Market Strategic Planning Manager in an Exhibition Center in Western Australia.

 

Vincent has worked on various types of research studies that focus on new product development, usage and attitude, shoppers’ behavior, employee and customers satisfaction, brand equity research, etc. And he is familiar with the qualitative methodologies including focus group discussion, in-depth interview, accompanied shopping & usability test.

 

Karen Tsai ( Resident Researcher for BK Research)

Karen has been working as a specialist qualitative researcher for 15 years. She has accumulated a diverse range of expertise in numerous industries and research types, interviewing a wide range of consumers and professionals in the business segment. With projects spanning globally, Karen has conducted many projects both locally and abroad.

 

Karen is a passionate qualitative practitioner who has a deep interest in exploratory work. She is proficient in both the conventional and non-conventional qualitative methods including focus groups, accompanied shopping, in-home interviews, and ethnographic observations.

 

Karen was part of the Synovate team between 1999 and January 2011. She worked as Associate Director during her days at Synovate.

 

Program & Web Developer:

Richard Cheung

Richard had worked in large organizations like the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, SME like Fevaworks Solutions. He mainly worked as a developer of different Web projects range from company website to content management system as well as e-commerce system. He also has solid Apps development experience based on WebView.

 

Richard has strong programming skills with sufficient business sense. His favorite programming languages and tools include PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS.
