Design Thinking Workshop is an interactive way to brainstorm and discuss the key findings from the qualitative findings with the stakeholders involved. Researchers responsible for the study will lead the discussion with the key stakeholders to CO-CREATE possible and actionable solutions to cater to the pain points identified from the research study.

設計思維工作坊是一種結合理論與實踐的互動式方案，公司相關的持份者以小組形式集思廣益討論定性研究中發現的重點，目標是為公司的未來發展及產品研發訂定方向，為產品服務創造更多價值。負責研究項目的研究人員將帶領主要持份者進行討論，動動腦筋，發揮思考力量，並輪流展示解決方案，共同創建可能及可行的辦法，以解決研究中確立的痛點。
